DESCRIPTION:
In these challenging and often overwhelming times, it's easy to feel pulled off balance and disconnected — from ourselves and from one another.
Women of all ages are invited to join Karen Drucker—singer, storyteller, and inspirational leader—for a heart-opening playshop filled with music, reflection, and meaningful connection. This three-hour gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember what brings us back to our own inner grounding. Through songs, stories, small group activities, and interactive exercises, we'll explore gentle practices for finding our way home to ourselves when life feels overwhelming.
Topics We'll Explore:
- Recognizing when we're off balance
- Tools for navigating overwhelm
- Listening more deeply to our hearts
- What kind of self-care we truly need
- Creating supportive community where no one has to figure it out alone
What You'll Take Away:
- Practices for grounding and presence
- Tools to navigate challenging times
- Strategies for deeper self-listening
- The power of being held in community
Let's slow down, connect, and create a space where you can come home to yourself. Come ready to be held, supported, and reminded of your own inner wisdom.
