2027 Pledge Giving Form

Please complete this form to submit your pledge intentions for 2027.

If you are a current automatic giver and your method of giving is the same, you need do nothing else after completing and submitting this form.

If you are making changes, or are new to automatic giving please follow these instructions:
- Please go to the website at unityofdavis.org
- Click the GIVE button at the top of the page.
- Once there, enter the amount you'd like to give. Then determine how frequent you wish to submit that amount (one time/weekly/every 2 weeks/monthly/yearly).
- Enter your debit/credit card information or your bank info for an ACH payment.
- Click continue.
