Class will include simple inspiring movement. Practiced regularly it can alter your perspective about living well in spite of troubling circumstances. Will also include valuable tools for re-wakening the genuine self and balancing the three energy centers. Will assist you in re-connecting with the elements of nature and assist you in dealing with endless uncertainties.
